Closing Service Fee           $400-$500

Title Search Fee                 $75-$125 (depending on County)

Owner’s Title Policy            $5.75 per 1,000 up to the 1st $100,000

                                            $5.00 per 1,000 from $100,001 to $1,000,000

Lender’s Title Policy            $25 Simultaneous Issue

Endorsements                     ALTA 5.1-06 $25

                                            ALTA 8.1-06 $25

                                            ALTA 9-06 10% of TOTAL Policy Premiums issued

County Recording Fees      $10 for the 1st page, $8.50 for each additional page

E-Recording Fees               $4.50 per document recorded
